Our experienced patent attorneys and competent product designers can draft up aspirational patent disclosures quickly, in your field. If you can give an approximate area of technical achievements you would like to have, we can fill in gaps and give you something on-paper that can (later) result in an Issued Patent.

This is not easy, and its expensive. But if investors are involved, or Government Grants, or Private-Sector Grants, patents are pretty much required. If you know of a better form of Intellectual Property that can help you reach your goals besides patents, please let us hear it. We would love to know, and would not object to reductions in our patent volume.

Some of our people would be listed as Inventors, but these would Assign all rights in the disclosure to your company.

The main advantage of doing this: speed. Most inventors and startups are not familiar with the patent process, which is a burden and takes them away from other more important aspects of their business. We can reduce that burden.

The main disadvantage is that such patents are speculative and often not a tight match with the products you end up making. They are better than nothing. Further, even the best-laid patent disclosures often deviate from what embodiments actually get built and sold. IOW, "the best laid plans . . . oft go astray". Thus, patents are a gamble and a prediction-only, no matter what.

Below are some example inventions that we already have on-hand, already written up and filed thus "Patent Pending". These inventions are ready to be be taken over or re-worked to fit your specific area of commerce. These inventions were original creations from e.g. 10-15 years ago that never took off, solid ideas but with no evident commercial path. These inventions belong to us, and can now be updated and converted to modern commercial usages.

During a series of experiments for Marshal Space Flight Center, Huntsville involving the solar degradation of polymers, it was noted that, in addition to the transmission spectra of the bulk material itself, thin film samples produce an oscillation in the spectral amplitude which does not appear in bead samples of the same materials.

Novel Advanced Power Sources for Small Units 

This concept combines solar and wind to solve the issues with both these green energy sources.  In most regions the wind is not strong enough or consistent enough to make wind turbines economically viable.  Similarly solar panels provide marginal benefit vs cost in regions where there are a significant number of cloudy days 

(cloudy = 20-25% of sunny).  Greenhouse type enclosures trap heat that moves up a central

tower in a chimney effect.  High heat capacity materials can be placed in the greenhouses 

to hold and release heat through the night solving another problem with solar energy.

Covert Beacon for Military Egress and Rescue

Covert Beacon uses optical augmentation (retro-reflection) to return received light beam along the line of sight.  A version of this device uses a MEMs reflector to only return a signal when the incoming beam is properly encoded. 

Use cases include: Locator of military personnel for egress (beacon does not emit), MEMs reflector can be used to communicate with Emitter Transceiver without emitting any light or radio signals.

 Tactile situational awareness device and method for enhanced human performance. Using mechanical vibrating nodes (e.g. phone vibrators) in a torso vest to indicate to the wearer the direction and distance to objects.  Actuator can use intensity, frequency and height on torso to distinguish location and category of object. Useful for military friend-of-foe, firefighters negotiation of a smoke-filled area, or other sight-impaired situational awareness.

1) Artificial Self-Awareness in Chaotic Dynamical Systems – Computability beyond the Turing Machine. This disclosure discusses general AI beyond conventional digital processes;

2) Multivariate data visualization tool involving data analysis – machine learning;

3) Producing complex behavior with a simplified interactive model. An animation of points (balls) are driven by repulsive forces from the walls and each other, and demonstrating unexpected behaviors. Could be useful in simulations of multiple kinetic objects having unpredictable states;

 4) Method for Adaptive Optimal Assignment. An adaptive assignment algorithm extends the Munkres (Hungarian) assignment algorithm in which the cost function is autonomously updated by a multivariate adaption to a dynamically changing scenario. One innovation is an improved way of optimal tracking of multiple objects in a congested environment.
